The Contributor role is an account-level user role within Socialive. This user role can join a session or record content within the Recording Booth. The role is best used to capture or upload a video to Socialive without a Producer present. Once the content is recorded, it is saved in the Library or within a Project, where it can be further edited, published, or repurposed by a Creator.
The following outlines the available methods for Contributors to contribute content on a desktop or when using the iOS mobile app:
Recording Booth
Upload to the Library
Group Recording in the Green Room that is Producer-led

Group Recording in the Green Room
Lastly, Contributors can join the Green Room (from the desktop and the mobile app) and record by clicking the record button or participating in a group recording led by a Producer. This saves both a cloud and local recording to the Library.
