Managing Socialive User Roles

In Socialive, users can have one of three roles: Admin, Broadcaster, or Guest. In this article, we will go over the following topics:


Prerequisites

To make any changes to a user's role, you need to be an administrator in your Socialive account.

Editing User Roles

  1. In Socialive, open the Settings (a) menu and click Users (b). 
  2. You will see the list of users created in your Socialive account. Select the user from the list. If you have a lot of users, you can use the search bar to find them easier.

  3. To edit a user's role, click the drop-down menu under the Roles column and select between Admin, Broadcaster, or Guest. You cannot modify your own user role.
