Getting Started as a Socialive Admin

This article walks you through getting started with Socialive as a Socialive Admin. From setting up your user account, accessing online courses, and downloading sample creative assets for your first recordings.


Setting up your Socialive Account 

  1. You will receive an email with the subject “You’ve been invited to participate”. 

  2. Follow the instructions in that email to set up your user account.


 Please check your spam folder if you don’t see the email immediately. For your convenience, we recommend that you bookmark https://portal.socialive.us/login.


Please note that Socialive-supported browsers are Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.




Socialive Learning Hub


The Socialive Learning Hub is where you can access our learning courses and how-to tutorials. All courses consist of written information, videos, quizzes, and a practical assignment that must be completed and submitted for review to your Implementation Manager.


Once signed into Socialive, click on the ellipsis in the bottom left corner of the page, then click "Socialive Learning Hub" to access the Learning Hub. 



You’ll be auto-assigned courses based on your role. The following onboarding courses are available. 



User and Account Management

Below are the basics of creating and managing users in your Socialive account. You must be a Socialive Admin to add and manage users or Spaces. Producers can create Guest accounts when inviting a Guest to a Session.

Socialive’s support integrations seamlessly connect with your existing tools, making it easy to streamline workflows and deliver faster, more efficient support.


Technical Requirements and Specifications

Socialive’s minimum technical specifications ensure you have the proper setup for a smooth, reliable, and high-quality video experience.
