Understanding Notifications in Socialive

Notifications in Socialive help you stay informed about what’s happening with your recordings and team, so you never miss a beat. Whether you're a Contributor, Creator, Producer, or Admin, Socialive sends timely notifications to update you on key actions and activity across the platform.

What Are Socialive Notifications?

Socialive notifications are messages in the app that alert you to important account activity. Although you can view all notifications, you can only take action on the notifications relevant to your role and involvement in a recording or project.


Where to View Notifications

Click the bell icon in the top-right corner of Socialive to view your notifications. All Socialive notifications are automatically triggered based on platform activity. If there are new platform notifications since the last time you viewed, the bell icon will show an indicator, which will clear when you view the latest set of notifications.

Viewing a Notification 

Click the notification to be taken to the area of the platform that applies to the type of notification it is. If you can't click the notification, it is purely for information and does not apply to your role.
