You can change the password for your Socialive account in two ways, from the login page and from the settings menu in Socialive. In this article, we will go over the steps to reset your password from the:

• Socialive Login Page
• Socialive Web Portal

Socialive Login Page

If you don't remember your password, follow these instructions.

1. From the Socialive Login Page, click the Forgot Password? link.
   
2. Enter the Email Address associated with your account.
   
3. Click Request Password Reset. You will receive an email with a link to instructions to reset your password.

Socialive Web Portal

This option works if you are already logged in to your Socialive account.

1. Open the Settings menu (a) and click Reset Password (b).
   
2. Enter the Email Address associated with your account.
   
3. Click Request Password Reset. You will receive an email with a link to instructions to reset your password.
