The Pigeonhole integration tab displays an error: "Page not found" in Socialive (as seen below). This article provides information about this error and its resolution.
- You have a Pigeonhole added to your broadcast.
- You are using Google Chrome's incognito mode to access Socialive
- You are viewing the Moderator panel (in the Green Room) or the Admin panel (in Studio)
The error appears because the Pigeonhole integration does not support incognito mode.
To resolve this error, do not use incognito mode when accessing Socialive, so the Pigeonhole panel loads properly.
