The Export to Library feature in Socialive makes it easy to save your finished final content to the Socialive Library, giving you and your team quick access for reuse, review, or publish.
Export to Library is best used to save final video content in the Library; in-progress content should be saved as a Project.
What Is Export to Library?
After editing in Socialive, you can export the final output directly to your Library. This allows you to store finished content in a secure, organized location that others on your team can easily access.
Why Use Export to Library?
File Formats: This function prepares the file for downloading in various formats, including MP3, MP4, or transcript files.
Library Management: Ensures that your library includes final files and that in-progress content is saved in Projects.
Faster Workflows: Utilizing one-click publishing, content can be shared seamlessly from the Library.
When to Export to the Library
Use Export to Library when you:
Finalize an edited video in the Editor
Share a final video with teammates across your Space.
Need a centralized location for all approved final content.
How to Export to the Library
From the Editor, select Save or Preview
Select Export final video
You will receive an email once the file is ready to view in the library. Export times may vary depending on the file size and current processing load.
Where to Find Your Exported Content
Once exported, your video will appear in the Library, where you can:
Search and filter by title or date
Preview and download files
Send videos to the Studio or Editor for additional edits
