When you invite a guest, you can choose whether to send an email invitation to your guests. 

Why skip the email?

Producers often set up their scenes well in advance of the actual live broadcast or recording session. In these cases, skip the email invitation so your guests aren't distracted with emails long before they are needed to sign in.

How will guests sign in?

Guests do not need the email invite to join a broadcast. Simply direct them to sign in at portal.socialive.us when needed in the Green Room:

NOTE: If you invite a guest that does not already have an email addressed registered with Socialive, they will receive an email with a link to set up a Socialive account even if you skip email invitations. Admins can add new users ahead of time if needed.
