Portal: A new look, with faster access to the things you use most

It's springtime and we've taken this opportunity to do a little spring cleaning. Now when you login, you can quickly access the things you use most: your broadcasts, your broadcast invites, and recordings. The portal also features your company logo.


My Broadcasts

See a list of the broadcasts you are producing. Click to enter Studio or use the options menu to rename or close the broadcast. 


Join a Broadcast

Have you been invited to participate as a guest? See your broadcast invitations under Join a broadcast. Click to join or use the options menu to remove yourself from the invite list.



See a gallery of your completed broadcasts and recordings. Click on a recording to view, clip, download, or review isolated (ISO) guest recordings.


Where did Facebook Polls, Comments, and Analytics go?

Socialive goes well beyond "social" these days. Whether for internal communications, learning and development, or virtual events, the number of destinations for Socialive broadcasts has grown dramatically. As a result, we're investing in entirely new cross-platform tools to support audience engagement across a variety of channels. In the meantime, we'll be sunsetting these Facebook-specific tools for awhile, but we'll bring them back bigger and better later in the year.


Where did the Overlay Builder and Prompter go?

Both of these features are being redesigned to better meet the needs of producers and guests. Stay tuned over the next couple of months as we introduce in-app Nameplates and Lower-thirds, as well as speaker notes. It's never easy to remove features, but we'll do our best to provide even more value down the road.
