Viewing and downloading your previous broadcasts is intuitive in our portal layout.
In this article, we will go over the steps to view and download recordings from your Socialive account.
You can download the raw video file of your recordings and clips as well as export them into MP3 or MP4 files.
To view and download recordings of your previous broadcasts, you need to be an administrator in your Socialive account.
- Log in to the Socialive Web Portal.
- Navigate to the Recordings tab. You will see all the recordings of previous broadcasts. You can use the search bar or filter by channel or host to find a specific recording of a broadcast. When you search or use filters, the results will show individual recordings (ungrouped by broadcast). Without searching or using filters, the recordings page shows recordings grouped by broadcast.
- Click on the thumbnail of the Recording you want to view and download. It will open the recording and you will be able to watch it.
- Click Download on the bottom-left corner under the player and select the option to Download raw video. You can also download the raw file of your clips. Additionally, you can export your recordings to MP3 and MP4 files.
