If you signed up via the Socialive website...
If you signed up for an account via the Socialive website, you can log in to manage your subscription.
In the dropdown menu, you'll see a Manage Subscription option:
From there you can
- Update your account information
- Update your billing address
- Change payment methods or cancel your subscription
- View your billing history
- Download invoices
If you signed up through Shopify...
If you signed up for an account via the Shopify App Marketplace, your subscription and billing must be handled directly through Shopify. To cancel, simply uninstall the Socialive app from your Shopify store.
