To help troubleshoot any issues you may have with the Socialive Desktop app, here's where to find logs to send to the Support team:
- Go to the Search function on your machine (Spotlight Search in iOS or Search/Cortana in Windows).
- Type in "mx" and hit Enter; the logs folder should appear.
- Select the files from the day of the broadcast (date is the first part of the file name and there may be multiple for the same day).
- Attach the files to your response to us.
