To help troubleshoot any issues you may have with the Socialive Desktop app, here's where to find logs to send to the Support team: 

  1. Go to the Search function on your machine (Spotlight Search in iOS or Search/Cortana in Windows).
  2. Type in "mx" and hit Enter; the logs folder should appear. 
  3. Select the files from the day of the broadcast (date is the first part of the file name and there may be multiple for the same day). 
  4. Attach the files to your response to us.
